ACTUAL DAY COORDINATION

We act as your trusted proxy to ensure that everything is in place on the day. This includes:
Ensuring that all vendors report for duties
Ensuring that all prior arrangements are delivered as expected (timing, quality, quantity etc.)
Coordination between different parties and handover points to ensure proper flow of events.
